I had my first ...I need to get back to it as well. I had my first baby in mid jan. I didn't gain much weight with the baby but I did keep more of it than I wanted. Now 2 1/2 months later I still can't fit my regular clothes so I'm still wearing my maternity clothes which I'm starting to get embarrassed so I am going to be starting a diet soon too! I started the Couch to 5K plan before I got pregnant and loved it so I plan on starting that soon, and cooking at home. Those are my first 2 baby steps.
